Website Rebuild

We rebuild slow, confusing, or outdated small business websites in Cincinnati and NKY. Mobile-first, under 2 seconds, built to capture leads. Get a free quote.

If your website is slow, confusing, or invisible on Google, we rebuild it right.

Most small business websites fall into one of three traps: they load too slowly, they are hard to navigate, or they do not tell visitors what you actually do. If someone cannot figure out what you offer and how to reach you within a few seconds, they leave. You never see that visit.

We rebuild existing websites from the ground up, or do a targeted overhaul, so they load fast, work on every device, and make it immediately clear what you do and how to get in touch. The result is a site that turns visitors into inquiries instead of exits.

In Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, searches like "website redesign Cincinnati" or "small business web design near me" surface shops that look credible on a phone, load quickly, and repeat their service area on the page. A thin or slow site reads as closed or behind the times, so map pack and organic traffic bounce before you get a call.

We tie each rebuild to packages you can see on our pricing page: Starter at $750 for a tight three-page footprint, Core at $1,500 for a six-page build with room to grow, Growth at $3,000 when you also need an automation, and custom work from $5,000 and up. You get a written scope before we build, not a surprise invoice after.

What's included

  • Load time under 2 seconds, we benchmark before and after
  • Mobile-first redesign that looks sharp on any screen
  • Clear homepage: what you do, who you serve, how to contact you, above the fold
  • Working contact form wired to your email or CRM
  • Cleaned-up navigation, no dead ends, no confusion
  • Basic on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure
  • Google Analytics and Search Console connected
  • A handoff guide so you know what you own and how to update it

Who it's for

  • Small businesses in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with a site that is underperforming
  • Owners who are getting traffic but not getting inquiries or calls
  • Businesses whose site was built years ago and has not been touched since
  • Companies that have outgrown a DIY site and need something that looks credible
  • Shops and service businesses that lost access to their old developer

Local context you can reuse on the page

Neighborhoods from Hyde Park to Milford, West Chester, and Covington all search on phones first. A rebuild should spell out who you serve, not just "Greater Cincinnati" in tiny footer text. We help you name the cities and services you want so Google and humans both get it.

If you compete for "website rebuild Cincinnati" or "small business web design" in your niche, the page needs clear headings, fast LCP, and real proof. We add that structure during the rebuild instead of bolting on SEO later as an afterthought.

Pricing honesty

Published packages start at $750 for Starter and step to $1,500 Core, $3,000 Growth with one automation, and $5,000 plus for Premium custom work. A rebuild that is mostly structure, speed, and forms usually lands in Core or Growth. If you only need a performance pass and form fix, we scope a smaller retrofit with a fixed price.

We take a 50 percent deposit to start and 50 percent at launch on most projects. Larger jobs can split into milestones. Everything goes in writing before code ships.

First 30 days after kickoff

Week one is audit, analytics check, and sitemap of what stays versus what gets rebuilt. Week two and three are design and build, with one structured review round on Core and more on Growth or Premium. Week four is testing, redirect plan if your URLs change, and launch.

After launch we hand off a short guide, verify Search Console, and watch form tests for a week. Optional Peace of Mind retainer covers backups and patches if you want us on call.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a website rebuild take?

Most rebuilds take 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. We start with a short audit of what is working and what is not, lock the scope, then build and refine before going live.

Do you rebuild sites on any platform?

We build on a fast, modern stack that consistently hits sub-2-second load times. If you have a strong reason to stay on WordPress or another CMS, we will talk it through, but we will not rebuild a slow site on a slow platform.

Can I update the site myself after the rebuild?

Yes. We document what we ship. Core and above can include a simple admin for text and photos. Many clients email us for changes instead, but you always own the code and domain.

What if I only need part of my site fixed?

We do targeted work too: homepage speed, form routing, mobile layout, or one section rewrite. You get a fixed quote for that slice instead of a full rebuild.

How much does a website rebuild cost?

Most full rebuilds align with our Core ($1,500) or Growth ($3,000) packages depending on page count and whether you need an automation. Smaller retrofits can land between $1,200 and $1,800. Premium custom scopes start at $5,000. See /pricing or get a quote for a number tied to your site.

Will you write the copy for my new site?

We tighten what you have as part of the build. Full rewrites from scratch are a scoped add-on. We will not publish vague filler, every line should reflect how you actually talk to customers.

Do you handle redirects if URLs change?

Yes. We map old URLs to new ones and avoid broken links that waste SEO value. If you have a large blog or catalog, we plan that map before launch.

Can you integrate booking or a CRM during the rebuild?

Yes. Growth includes one automation pipe such as lead alerts or review asks. Premium can bundle several integrations. Tell us what you use today and we will design around it.

What if I am in Northern Kentucky, not Ohio?

We work both sides of the river. NAP and service area copy should match how you really dispatch crews or take appointments. We set that in the build so Maps and your site agree.

How do you measure success after launch?

We baseline speed and form events before launch, then compare after. You should see faster mobile load, cleaner goal tracking in Analytics, and fewer "contact us" dead ends.
